Professor Squirrel

I've decided I'm going to start learning how to sew. I've spent most of my life struggling to find clothes that:

1. I like. 
2. That fit. 
3. I can afford. 

I'm 6'4'', and 180 lbs, so the size thing is especially tough. It's always difficult learning a new skill-set, but I think it'll be worth it.

My girlfriend, who's pretty handy with a needle, got a book from the library (Happy Gloves by Miyako Kanamori) on sewing stuffed animals from cheap acrylic gloves. She's made some amazing animals from it, but it's been a lot slower going for me. Still, so far I've managed to make a little squirrel. (I call him Professor Squirrel.) He's pretty ragged, but I learned a fair bit making him.
